Piper Aircraft had worked with Mid-State for decades, relying on their team for ongoing repairs and service of critical chillers and pumps. When the equipment reached end-of-life, they trusted Mid-State to guide the replacement.
Challenge
The aging system had undergone multiple repairs over the years, but replacing the chillers meant planning for zero downtime—and getting it done in a tight window.

Mid-State evaluated the system and timing, sourced water-cooled Trane chillers, and coordinated the install without impacting operations. Familiarity with the system allowed for a smoother, more confident upgrade.
