A chiller is usually the single most expensive piece of mechanical equipment in a Florida commercial building, and replacing one touches far more than the machine itself. The pumps, piping, insulation, water treatment, electrical service, and control sequences all have to work together, and a mistake in any of them shows up as high energy bills, poor dehumidification, or nuisance faults that nobody can trace. Selection comes first, and it is where the most money is won or lost. We handle chilled water piping and welding, primary and secondary pumps, variable frequency drives, air separators and expansion tanks, glycol where freeze or process conditions call for it, valve and balance work, and insulation with a proper vapor barrier — which in this humidity is not a detail you can shortcut without ending up with sweating pipe and wet ceilings.

We also plan around refrigerant transitions, because equipment being installed today uses lower-GWP refrigerants than the machines coming out, and that affects parts availability, service procedures, and what your technicians need to know.

Commissioning closes the job. We verify flow, check approach temperatures, prove control sequences and staging, set up water treatment, and document the whole system so the next person who works on it is not guessing.
