St. Lucie County has a heavy concentration of distribution and industrial facilities, and those buildings rarely have a convenient shutdown window. We have replaced four roof-mounted exhaust fans at the center of a 24 hour distribution warehouse by staging crane lifts overnight, with no interruption to shipping.
We also work on new construction, including underground chilled water piping and complete kitchen, cafeteria and auditorium ductwork for a new school building in Fort Pierce, delivered in coordination with the general contractor.
